Privacy policy
Last updated October 19, 2026
This policy explains what KingTradezz ("we") collects when you use KingTradezz, why, and what you can do about it. We collect as little as we need to run memberships.
What we collect
- From Discord, when you sign in: your Discord user ID, username and display name, and your email address if you allow it. We use the access Discord grants only to add you to the KingTradezz server and manage your roles there.
- From Stripe, when you pay: your Stripe customer ID, your subscription details (rank, status, renewal dates) and your email. Stripe handles your card; we never see or store full card numbers.
- Technical data: our host (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the site.
- What you send us: messages to the desk or support, and anything you post in Discord (which Discord also processes under its own policy).
Cookies
We set one essential cookie that keeps you signed in, and a short-lived one during Discord sign-in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
To provide your membership and Discord access, take payments, apply discounts and trials correctly, answer support requests, prevent abuse and fraud, and meet legal obligations. We don't sell your personal information or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run KingTradezz for us: Stripe (payments), Discord (community and delivery) and Cloudflare (hosting and security), each under its own privacy terms, and authorities where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
For as long as you are a member, and afterwards for as long as we need it for tax, accounting and dispute purposes (typically up to seven years for billing records). Account data we no longer need is deleted.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it (subject to records we must keep) by emailing . Depending on where you live, for example California, you may have additional rights; we will honour them and will not treat you differently for using them. You can remove KingTradezz's access in Discord under User Settings, then Authorized Apps.
Children
KingTradezz is for adults 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone younger.
Changes
If we change this policy in a material way, we'll say so on the website or in Discord.
